The results of the ENO Breath Randomised Controlled Trial have been announced.

The research article, “An online breathing and wellbeing programme (ENO Breathe) for people with persistent symptoms following COVID-19: a parallel-group, single-blind, randomised controlled trial”, is available on The Lancet website.

You can also read more about the study on the ENO website or about ENO Breathe.

One of the lead authors Dr Keir Philip said:

“Our study suggests that the improvements in symptoms experienced by participants, resulted from both practical breathing techniques learnt, but also the creative, humane, and positive way the programme is delivered.”
