Using the resource

It was made with people with obstructive conditions in mind (i.e. COPD, asthma and bronchiecstasis).

People with a restrictive condition (e.g. Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis) or recovering from COVID-19 need to potentially allow longer for the inhale, to pause and self-monitor effort levels as needed.

The CD comes with a booklet.  A PDF version of the booklet is available to download.
